Joanna Pietkiewicz is an entrepreneur and founder of Caramel Chic, a media and lifestyle platform centered around empowering women entrepreneurs. She is the author of Caramel Chic a lifestyle blog, and a producer and host of Caramel Chic Radio, a podcast that focuses on lifestyle, business mindset, and real estate. The podcast is on Spotify and on YouTube.

She is also the owner of Caramel Chic Homes, a residential real estate business. 

Interesting Facts

Joanna was born in Poland. She moved to New York City as a young teen. She lived, worked, and studied in the Big Apple for most of her life. While living in New York City, Joanna worked in the corporate sector of midtown Manhattan, mainly in project management, administration, and marketing. She invested her time in honing her professional development and business skills by collaborating with some of the most talented experts in the business. 

A few years ago, after a substantial time in NYC, Joanna returned to Poland where she spent three years getting to know her birth country all over again. Joanna worked for a Candadian-American corporation conducting business in a diverse and international European environment. You can listen to the story about her insightful journey on her podcast. 

Upon returning to the US, she moved to North Carolina and embraced a brand new career in the real estate industry, and is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the National REALTORS® Association. 

Joanna resides in the Lake Norman Area of Charlotte Metro.
