Five Secrets To Being Happy

Today I’m going to share my five secrets to being happy.

Now, you might be wondering how do I know these secrets and what gives me the authority to speak on the subject? After all, I am not a life coach; I am not a psychologist, nor do I work in a mental health field.

Well, my friends, it’s the same right as you already have in front of you. It’s called: reading, research, and putting all of it into action.

A bit of investigative notion is what I did to find out how to become truly happy.

But first, let me give you some background.

Back then, I thought, being prettier, having a boyfriend, having a great job, and making an impressive salary were all going to suffice. I figured all those things were going to make me happy. But, when I attained them, I still wasn’t content.

So, I dove into reading and research to find the solution.

It took me years honing the information I’ve found while putting everything into practice. It wasn’t easy at first. But, step by step with willingness and an open mind, I slowly started to incorporate some things into my life that changed everything I did and how I view happiness now.
