As such, if you are looking for a place like that, you should visit Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens in Belmont, NC. Just outside Charlotte.
The sprawling garden full of beautiful fountains and thousands of flowers is truly spectacular. If you are into butterflies – there is a separate greenhouse to spot live butterflies flying around fragrant flowers.
In addition, the property caters to private events. So if a lush wedding is on your mind this season – Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens is ready for you with vast separate rooms, extensive ballrooms, and even a bridal dressing room. Admittedly, the scenic grounds of the gardens present an ample opportunity for marvelous wedding photos.
There is so much to explore in the botanical gardens. But, unfortunately, I visited the park on a pretty hot day. So I didn’t even see the entire nooks and crannies of the garden trails.
But I must admit I loved the botanical gardens a lot, and I will certainly be back. On a cooler day.
